Okay I'm mum to Olivia, Neve and Chase, step-mum (not wicked honest) to Lula and Archie, doggy mum to Louie the Lab-are you STILL here?-and wifey-mum to Paul. I run a hectic household at best, lunatic asylum at worst. This can be a very rewarding experience, on the days I'm not rocking in my chair, covered in my toddler's tea, snot and whatever else he decides to wipe on me. How to be Hard up and Happy was an idea I had in October 2015. Combining my mission to end world hunger from my kitchen, and passion for writing and photography, there was no option but to jump on the blogging bandwagon.
